Q - What is there to do at Nightmare Manor?
A - Nightmare Manor is now expanded to 1/4 of a mile of new thrills and chills which include Dr Limon's Manor, Reapers Rage cemetery, and the Grinder asylum of Nightmares.
Q - Is Nightmare Manor in partnership with other Area Haunted house attractions?
A- Yes! For only $24 dollars your can experience Nightmare Manor and our sister attraction The Haunted Hay Rides of greater Rochester.
Q - Is Nightmare Manor scary?
A - Rated #1 by our visitors to be Rochester's Best & Scariest the attractions are intended to be both scary and fun! We love to make you scream and have a good time. Not recommend for children under 9.
Q - What time does Nightmare Manor open?
A - Nightmare Manor is open every Thursday Friday, Saturday, and Sunday starting on September 30th until Oct 31st. Thursday & Sunday 7:30 till 9:30 Sat & Sun 7:30pm till 12:30am. Open Halloween night Oct 31st 7:30pm to 11:30pm.
Q - What is the best time to arrive?
A - It is best to arrive as early as possible. The closer it gets to Halloween, the lines will start to get longer. If time is important, we recommend you purchase a RIP Speed Pass or an advance sale ticket at Wegmans that will limit your wait time.
Q - What time does Nightmare Manor close?
A - Our ticket booth closes at 12:30 am on Friday & Saturday and 9:30 pm on Thursday & Sundays. Our haunted attractions are open until the last ticket holder goes through. Guest are given adequate time to finish attractions.
Q - Are the attractions open if it rains?
A - Rain does not close Nightmare Manor. We are inside, out of the elements.
Q - Do you offer group discounts?
A - Yes, For groups of 15 people or more there is a discount. Coupons and other discounts are not valid with group pricing. If you are interested in scheduling a group, please call 585-349-4460 for more information.
Q - Do you take charge cards?
A - Only at Wegmams locations.
Q - How long does it take to go through everything?
A - Just going though all the haunted attractions can take up to an hour, and that does not include wait time. The closer to Halloween, the lines do get longer and the wait times become longer. If time is important, we recommend you purchase a RIP Speed Pass that will limit your wait time. or an advance sale ticket at Wegmans that will limit your wait time. Guest are given adequate time to finish attractions.
Q - Is Nightmare Manor handicap accessible?
A - Nightmare Manor is ADA & MOD compliant. Handicap parking is available for those with a handicap tag. We recommend that you bring someone with you that can give you assistance as we may not have staff available to assist you.
Q - Can I bring my kids?
A - We recommend that children be 9 years old or older, but this is up to you. It really depends upon each individual child, and no one knows your child as you do. We have kids as young as 5 or 6 that love it and want more, and we have adults as old as 25 that have to be helped out. You as a parent must make the judgment call.
Q - Is there food available?
A - There is a concession stand where you can purchase anything from drinks, food, or candy!
Q - Is there security at Nightmare Manor?
A - Yes. Nightmare Manor has an outside security force that checks and patrols the areas. Nightmare Manor has a ZERO tolerance rate for TROUBLE MAKERS. Trouble makers and their guests will be ejected from Nightmare Manor without a refund. We want everyone to have a safe and fun time!
Q - Are there things I am not permitted to bring to Nightmare Manor?
A - Yes, The following items are NOT permitted at Nightmare Manor : weapons of any kind, alcohol beverages, outside food or beverages, flashlights, or pets. Customers may wear costumes; however they are NOT permitted to have their face disguised by a mask or makeup. Cameras are not permitted unless cleared with us first.
